WHAT will our society be remembered for in 80 million years? That was the question Sydney creative collective the Glue Society asked itself when it set about making an exhibit for this year's Miami Art Basel. The answer: a false eyelash preserved in amber.

"It's symbolic of the rather fake culture that's about at the moment and visually it's very strong - it looks rather like an insect," says the Glue Society's founder Jonathan Kneebone. The work, Relics (I - XII), comprises 12 "falsies" preserved in lumps of amber-like resin.
