Fashion From Fleece Exhibition Opening Powerhouse Museum, Ultimo

hit A stellar crowd attended the unveiling of the 200-year anniversary celebration of Australian wool in fashion. A small but perfectly edited collection of garments - including pieces by Paris's finest couturiers and some of Australia's current fleece creators - drew much admiration from the throng, which included Jenny Kee, Jayson Brunsdon and the Easton Pearson duo, all of whom had items in the exhibit. Canapes of lamb loin on polenta and lamb pies extended the pastoral theme.
